A: Total amount required to conclude the rental agreement.

Q6: What should I do if I lost my key?

A: For safety and privacy reasons, neither the landlord or we do not keep any keys to the unit. However, please double check as key unlocking service is available for the members of DK SELECT, or may be covered by your fire insurance.

Q7: Would you help me set up the utilities - electricity, water, and gas?

A: It has to be the contract between you and each utility company, so you need to set up by yourself before use.

Since the procedures are different depending on the management companies, the branch office staff will explain it at the time of contract.

Q8: How do I connect to the internet?

A: Properties other than those subject to DK SELECT internet service may require installation before connecting to the internet.

Note: restoration fee may be required at the time of moving out if locking screws are used or holes are made to install the internet.

Q9: I want to know how to separate trash and when to take them out

A: Regional rules apply for garbage collection. Please make sure you check the details of the rules as to pick up time and days, how to sort recycling waste (glass bottles, cans, PET bottles, newspapers), the place of trash disposal, how to sort burnable or non-burnable trash, and how to throw oversized trash.

If you don't follow the sorting rules or if you put them out other than the collection days, they will not be collected and this could cause trouble in the neighborhood, so be extra careful. In addition, some municipalities have designated trash bags. Please

A: It takes a minimum of about one week from finding a room to moving in.
